Email Template

This email template is being used for the Renewal Reminder service. You can customize the template with your own details, and make use of the following predefined variables. Please note that when using these variables you have to use them in the exact same manner as described below.

When you first visit the Email Template you will always see the standard default email. Of course you are free to update this. You can make use of your own wordings in combination with the above variables. Always press the 'Save' button when done to commit your changes.
If you wish to restore to the default email, check 'Load Default Template' and press 'Save'.

If you do not wish to make use of the template just set it to 'Disable'. Notices will still be sent out via our regular Renewal Reminders.
