Refund Policy

1. Domain name registrations, pre-registrations, renewals, transfers, and any other applications are final, and cannot, under any circumstances, be cancelled.

2. The Applicant must fully understand this before proceeding with any domain name registrations and transactions. The Registration Company has no means of retrieving money from the Registry for domain transactions, and is thus unable to refund Applicants who register, renew or transfer names in error.

3. In event of a dispute, the Registration Company’s decision on whether or not to refund, based on its sole discretion, will be final.

4. In the event the Registration Company decides to proceed with a refund and the Registrant requests for the refund to be transacted via the Registrant’s credit balance account with the Registration Company, the refund will be made in full, and the resulting credit balance can be utilized by the Registrant for future transactions with the Registration Company.

5. In the event the Registration Company decides to proceed with a refund and the Registrant requests for the refund to be transacted via the Registrant’s credit card account, a 10% administrative charge will be incurred by the Registration Company’s secured credit card gateway provider and therefore the refund to the Registrant’s credit card account will not be made in full.

6. In the event the Registration Company decides to proceed with a refund and the Registrant requests for the refund to be transacted via the Registrant’s PayPal account within 60 days from the date of the PayPal transaction, a 10% transacting fee will be incurred by the Registration Company, and therefore the refund to the Registrant’s PayPal account will not be made in full. Requests for refunds beyond 60 days of the PayPal transaction cannot be processed via PayPal and alternate refund media would need to be indicated by the Registrant.

7. In the event the Registration Company decides to proceed with a refund and the Registrant requests for the refund to be transacted via cheque, telegraphic transfer or bank transfer, the resulting bank charges would be borne by the Registrant.
