Web Maintenace is important to ensure that your website is up-to-date and continues to appeal and remain as the preferred site to your target audience. If you already have an existing website or just completed a website launch and are looking for skillful and creative assistance to upkeep your website, we have the right mix of solutions to maintain your website to meet your needs at any stage of your business development.

Options available include the Bronze, Silver and Gold Web Maintenance Packages:

The Bronze Web Maintenance Pack consists of 4 hours (240 mins) of Web Maintenance, covering:

15 mins - Update or change of contents (texts or images)
60-90 mins - Editing functions (eg, forms, flash banners, add links)
15 mins/page - Remove, replace pages
15 mins/doc - PDF creation and upload
30 mins - Newsletter & Updates (design of newsletter template will be excluded)
15 mins - Replace/resize images i.e. pictures & graphics (recreation of graphics or images will be excluded )

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum duration per maintenance request is 15 mins.
The duration of the maintenance has to be utilised within 3 months.

The Silver Web Maintenance Pack consists 10 hours (600 mins) of Web Maintenance, covering:

15 mins - Update or change of contents (texts or images)
60-90 mins - Editing functions (eg, forms, flash banners, add links)
15 mins/page - Remove, replace pages
15 mins/doc - PDF creation and upload
30 mins - Newsletter & Updates (design of newsletter template will be excluded)
15 mins - Replace/resize images i.e. pictures & graphics (recreation of graphics or images will be excluded )

Minimum duration per maintenance request is 15 mins.
The duration of the maintenance has to be utilised within 6 months.

The Gold Web Maintenance Pack consists of 20 hours (1200 mins) of Web Maintenance, covering:

15 mins - Update or change of contents (texts or images)
60-90 mins - Editing functions (eg, forms, flash banners, add links)
15 mins/page - Remove, replace pages
15 mins/doc - PDF creation and upload
30 mins - Newsletter & Updates (design of newsletter template will be excluded)
15 mins - Replace/resize images i.e. pictures & graphics (recreation of graphics or images will be excluded )

Terms & Conditions:

The duration of the maintenance has to be utilised within 12 months.
