Will my customers receive invoices from IP Mirror?

We encourage your customers to register and renew domain names through you, therefore you will be our billing contact to pay for all registrations and renewals promptly.   By default, your customers will not be contacted for any billing matters.

For Partners using the Customer Account in ccTLD Box:      the ccTLD Box allows the Customer Account holder to create “Contacts”  and define the billing contact for each domain name.&  related web products      Bills will be sent to the respective billing contacts as have been indicated in your account.     Customer account holders will be responsible to ensure that billing contact details are correct and to provide  login access only to representatives that you have authorised.

If you have created a Contact & decide to provide login access to your customer,  this means that he/she will be able to access the system independently to register & manage domain names & web products  as well as define billing contact.    These cases will be treated consistently - bills will be sent to whichever billing contact has been indicated in your account  by your customer or yourself.

How will I be billed for registrations/transfers/renewals?

Each Partner will have a credit account allowing you to register/renew/transfer-in domain names instantly and which are paid from this credit account.   You can top-up your credit account when it runs low via credit card payment, cheque, or GIRO.   Full report detailing each transaction can be downloaded any time you wish.

Partners can also checkout orders by credit card.   Soft copy of invoices are downloadable any time you wish.  We apologise that we do not send hardcopy invoices.

We encourage your customers to renew domain names through you.  If your customers contact us for renewals, we will re-direct such requests back to you.  Our renewal reminders sent on your behalf will indicate you as the contact person for domain name renewals.

Can Partners apply for API access?

We offer two types of API for our Partners to choose from, one is the EPP Client API which is based on RFC 3375, while the other type is RAPI which is a series of HTTPS POST commands.  Utilising either of these methods, Partners can implement their own real-time domain name operations within any website.   Learn more about the differences between EPP and RAPI here.

EPP or RAPI are only available for use by Partners.  To apply for EPP and RAPI access, here are the steps:

EPP:

1. Log into your partner account
2. Under Partner Tools, download the EPP Client Guide and the latest version of EPP Client Toolkit
3. We provide you a test environment for you to test your implementation
4. Once you are satisfied with your test implementation, you will be ready to connect to our production environment.  Please fill in the IP Address Modification Form for EPP/RAPI and submit to us to allow your production servers to connect to our production environment.

RAPI:

1. Log into your partner account
2. Under Partner Tools, download the latest version of the RAPI Guide
3. We provide you a test environment for you to test your implementation
4. Once you are satisfied with your test implementation, you will be ready to connect to our production environment.  Please fill in the IP Address Modification Form for EPP/RAPI and submit to us to allow your production servers to connect to our production environment.
