Open to all interested parties.  Multiple applications will be subject to an auction process to determine a winner.

Grandfathering (20 Mar to 19 Apr 2012) 

Open to existing registrant of any level, currently resolving .JP or .NET domain name, to claim priority right for an identical .JP.NET domain name.

General Launch (from 25 April 2012)

Available to any individual or business on a first-come, first-served basis.
