Client Services Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of client relationships, orientating new and existing clients in constant communications
- Be responsible for delivering and implementing client induction program and campaigns/projects
- Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, action plans and schedule
- Being involved in preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches
- Participate in marketing events
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Arts and Social Sciences, Sciences or Information Technology
- Related experience working in client account development and management preferably for Business-to-business with a proven track record for at least 2 years
- Ability to take into account client concerns and requirements, conceptualize and write proposals and/or project plans, discuss and make presentations
- Mature, professional, independent and meticulous, with ability in problem analysis and problem-solving
- Solid project and people management experience and coordination with other supporting departments
- Ability to work well in a target-driven and deadline-focus environment
- Strong knowledge and ability in using Windows Office
- Bilingual in English and preferably Mandarin.
