Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Administrative operations and customer support to both Sales and IT departments to achieve overall company goals

 


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably junior executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Internet to search for information; excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and good communication skills
  • Highly-motivated and fast-learner
  • Willing to work shifts

Sales and Client Relations Executive

 

Responsibilities:

Client relations management plays an important role to update new and existing clients about our service offerings and to maintain highest level of customer loyalty.   The position requires skillful marketing and proactive communications to seek out new clients, oversees order fulfillment and delivers well-rounded advice on portfolio and risk management.

 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Arts and Social Sciences, Sciences or Information Technology
  • At least 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing or business development
  • Must be knowledgeable in using internet tools and savvy with internet technologies
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) and excellent communication and writing skills
  • Possess strong task-management skills
  • Possess strong initiative and be able to work independently to achieve target
  • Applicants should either be Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • This is a full-time position

Web Applications Developer (J2EE)

 

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Java-based real-time transaction-intensive e-commerce applications.   Also responsible for administering and optimising network infrastructures.

 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of programming experience and project management (fresh graduates are also welcomed)
  • Knowledgeable in Java programming, Perl, Domain Name Systems, Unix
  • Preferably with server networking experience
  • Persevering and highly motivated
  • Good communication skills as you are required to work in teams and support clients
  • Highly-initiated and the desire to improve processes and help others to do better
