.CM Launch

IP Mirror is a registrar with the CM Registry, the ccTLD for Cameroon and we are authorized to register all the domains under .CM.

NETCOM, the official registry has liberalized the TLD for CM and will launch the following domain name registrations from 15 October 2008 under the sunrise phase.

• CO.CM
• COM.CM
• NET.CM

Time Table for CM Launch

Sunrise challenge period	1 Nov 2008 to 14 Nov 2008
General Registration	15 Nov 2008 (10.00 UTC)

Basic Rules of Sunrise:

• Applicants with a national or international trademark will be able to apply to register their trademark and/or service mark name.
• The domain name must be an exact match of the trademark or service mark.
• The domain name owner must be the trademark holder.
• Names are awarded according to the basis of first-come-first-serve, meaning the date and time of receipt of the sunrise application. We advise customers to submit their application as soon as possible.

There will be a two (2) weeks challenging period where any party can file for a challenge with the registry for domain names registered under the sunrise phase. The list of provisionally registered sunrise domain names will be published on the registry web site before the registry accepts challenge for a domain name.
